If I could hand this cookie to you, I would. I would give you as many as you want.
However, I can't unless you live near Stuttgart Germany; so instead, I give you the easiest recipe possible!

Makes About: 30 miniature cookies
Takes About: 1 hour
Difficulty: 1 out or 5
Prep:
Place a piece of parchment paper on a large baking sheet and set aside.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter - Softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips (or a mixture of chips)
Instructions:
- Step 1 - Combine the Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

- Step 2 - Cream the Butter
In a separate, large bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup of butter until light and fluffy.

- Step 3 - Cream the butter and Sugar
Add the 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 3/4 cups brown sugar to the butter mix for about 5 minutes.

Scrape down the sides periodically.

- Step 4 - Add Eggs and Vanilla Extract
Add the first egg to the butter and sugar and mix until fully incorporated.

Add the second egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the batter and mix until fully incorporated.

- Step 5 - Add the Dry Ingredients to the Large Bowl
Add the dry ingredients to the egg and butter mixture and mix until just incorporated.

Do not over mix because the batter will become overworked.

- Step 6 - Add the Chips
Add the chips to the batter and mix either using your hands or a large spatula until the chips are evenly spread out throughout the batter.

- Step 7 - Shape the Cookies
Form balls that are about a 1/2 tablespoon big and place them about 1 inch apart on the prepared backing sheet and press them down slightly.

- Step 8 - Bake the Cookies
Bake the cookies for 5-7 minutes or until the bottoms have turned slightly brown.

Keep a close eye on these cookies because they will over bake quickly.
I decided to bake 1 single cookie to confirm how long I should bake them for.
- Step 9 - My Gift to You!
Enjoy 7, 8, 15 of these cookies. They are so small you can tell yourself that you can have another.
I promise, I do it all the time...
