Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream cheese frosting is perfect for cupcakes, cakes, and in spoon fulls.
Sweet, but not too sweet, it is perfect complement to many treats.
My favorite way to enjoy cream cheese frosting is filling strawberries with them. Delicious.

Makes about: 3 cups of frosting
Takes about: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cups unsalted butter - room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese - room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar - sifted
Instructions:
- Step 1 - Start Mixing
In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 8 ounces of cream cheese, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until mixed well.

- Step 2 - Mix in Powdered Sugar
Add the powder sugar in thirds until completely combined and smooth.

- Step 3 - Once Mixed, Enjoy!
Use the frosting to decorate cupcakes, cakes, biscuit cookies, or whatever your heart desires.
